Just recently had our van done by Shadow Customs.  Had an interior van conversion.

When we initailly spoke to Marc and Emily on what are requirements were, they were both very accommodating and informative with what would need to be done to meet our expectations. Very passionate and professional in what they do and this shows in their work and the end result.

I would not hesitate to recommend Shadow Customs to anyone, they are very professional, passionate and friendly team and went a above and beyond to ensure we received our dream van upon collection.

Had a pop top roof and full lining to my shuttle. No easy task when you consider everything you have to remove from a shuttle to get to it's bare bones just to start the conversion. They fitted me in last minute over Easter and worked bloody hard while everyone else enjoyed the sunny double bank holiday. This meant that I could have it back in time to return to work. Kept me updated throughout and the work is perfect. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely return in the near future as the van evolves. Thanks again to Marc, Emily and team. Shadow Customs have done a superb job of face lifting our bus. The work was completed in good time and the customer care was above and beyond our expectations.

Would definitely recommend their services and we are already planning to return for further works in the future.

From start to finish Marc and Emily have been amazing they really took on board all my ideas for the van to create something I'm so happy with.

SO over the moon with Mark & Emily!!! Can’t stop smiling! Had a face lift, sink/hob, side opening window, and roof lining. Looks awesome.  Customer service is second to none, more like friends. Lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble.... sorting out hire cars & going out of their way to fit around us. Needed my T5.1 lowered before Vdub at the Pub wknd , Marc and Emily were extremely helpful , they managed to fit me in between their busy workload , Emily went out of her way to drop off and collect me when the Vanslam Coilovers had been fitted which was great . So impressed with the work Marc had done , the van looks stunning and the ride is soooo much better , all round a very professional set up , I’ll definitely be recommending their services . Thank you Marc and Emily! So very happy with my van which they turned from a panel van to a superb day van! Lined, flooring, side window, back windows, full size bed, electrics, cooking/sink pod! Needed my silver T5 front end upgrading. Great price and turnaround time combined with great customer service meant I got just what I wanted and more, with the red and black working really well with the silver.

I just like to say that Marc and Emily at shadow customs have done an outstanding job in fitting rear kombi seats and flooring ,from the very first contact with them there Communication has been excellent and I can not praise them enough ,Emily very kindly drop us off at the train station in the morning for us to go shopping while they fitted our seats and then even picked us up again once the seats were fitted ,nothing was ever to much trouble right from the start , we are now looking forward to using our van more as a 6 seater , I would highly recommend them as they are an outstanding couple and they treat you like family ,to the point we even travelled from Worthing to Poole for them to do the work thanks again mark & Wendy

Over the moon with the facelift. sliding window, sidebars. parking sensors & rear lining on my '07 T5. Very friendly & approachable. Great communication from the team with constant updates on the progress of the work. Great prices & the quality of work is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Just got my T6 delivered back has had a great job done rear all insulated, carpeted and new speakers added all looking and sounding great thanks for all the work done to the van at a high standard.

I was lost for words when i seen what an amazing job these guys did on my T4
if it wasn't so cold i would have slept in it tonight
